Cow Breeds

As a real-life veterinarian and farmer, I LOVE the minecraft cows. But...how about adding different breeds/colors? Holsteins, Longhorns, Jerseys, Angus, Brahmas, Belted Galloways, and Highlands. These breeds represent people and cultures from all around the world.
