A mob that looks like a lump of meat is a fairly grotesque, mysterious monster that appears with a fairly low probability.
Rotten meat is my favorite, mainly zombies, Husk, Drowned, Zombie Piglin, Zoglin, Zombie Horse Slow, pick up rotten meat, eat it and grow a little bigger.
You need 64 rotten meats to grow completely.
In addition, it is basically a neutral position for the player.
And when you eat up 64 rotten meats, it turns into a large monster with high attack power like a lump of meat called "globster", Warden, Snow Golem, Creeper, Enderman, Wither, Ender Dragon, Slime, Attacks to prey on most mobs or players other than magma cubes.
Fortunately, this monster isn't very defensive, so you can either attack it with a long-range weapon such as a bow and arrow from a certain distance, or attack it with a shield.
