Port the latest Java Minecraft Launcher to the Raspberry Pi

There are a lot of gamers playing Minecraft on the Raspberry Pi using the legacy 1.6.93 launcher. I believe the legacy launcher will not work with the new Microsoft Accounts being enforced.

Please can the latest Minecraft Launcher be ported to the Raspberry Pi.

    Plenty of people play on RPi. Seems after Feb. 2021 this will no longer be the case. We specifically purchased multiple accounts/RPi devices to enable my 4 kids to play together. I simply can't afford to replace all the RPi devices for something else to run Java MC. Please either reconsider the MS account enforcement or port the new launcher to armhf/aarch64.

    I believe the new Raspberry Pi 4/8GB models can run Mincraft well enough to grab a whole new user base!

    Bought Java edition today and loaded on Rpi purchased yesterday.  super disappointed to not be able to play.  so sad.  PLEASE PORT TO PI.  I guess i'll try to get a refund.

    Same here, I recently got a pi so my kids could play Minecraft together and I can't even log into the account I just purchased.  Please add Microsoft support to the launcher.

    Come on, Microsoft, port Minecraft to the Raspberry Pi already. Raspberry Pi's have come a long way since the Pi-specific edition was discontinued. I have a Raspberry Pi 4 and Minecraft runs great on it, and I imagine it would be amazing on the Raspberry Pi 400, an upgraded version of the Pi 4. Raspberry Pi's have the capacity to run full Minecraft Java now. Just do it. We can't even do realms on a Raspberry Pi because we are stuck with the old launcher.

    I agree that Minecraft should be ported to armhf and arm64. There are many people who play on the Raspberry Pi, and the Microsoft account port will break Minecraft Launcer 1.6.
