New Mob: The Ancient

I think Minecraft should add yet another new mob. What mob, you ask? Why, The Ancient of course! The Ancient protects the ancient temple, which is hidden deep below the surface. The Ancient is reminiscent of the Iron Golem and The Warden. There are mysterious of tales of a monster that is large and powered by a mysterious purple orb in it's chest, and copper gears in it's back. The tales also state that The Ancient was built by those before us. Not by the civilization that created The Warden, but by another, wealthier civilization. This civilization built massive temples deep below the surface. However, the other civilization had stronger armies of monsters known as Wardens. They grew jealous of the treasures of the others and sought after it. The ancient civilizations were fighting over their own wealth and then, to protect their gold, they built The Ancient. A strong guardian of the ancient temples and a conqueror of the land. This caused the other civilization to flee from the land but no one really knows where they went. Some say they went to The End and slowly evolved into Endermen, while others say they didn't make it, but were all destroyed by their own greed. Anyway, The Ancient lives on and some even say the temples are still down their, with their treasures to this day.

    I am currently creating the skin for the ancient but am having difficulties with the software I am using to make it so it may take a while for me to get my concept art for The Ancient out. Thank you for your patience

    I think it would be cool if the structures of these temples reflects the civilization's growing paranoia, the first temples are open, you could just walk in. But temples that were build later contain traps, weapons and a "factory" to construct more Ancients.
