Change Iceologer's stun

The iceologer in MCD is too overpowered. You can't use your healing potion while you're stunned, so a bunch of mobs can come over easily and kill you. This might not be a problem in lower difficulties, but in Apocalypse +, it is needed. At least make us able to use our healing potion and artifacts while we are stunned by the iceologer!

    I think the opposite. More mobs should be able to give the player various effects like stunning. Also the iceologer should be able to freeze you.
