Jukebox Sound Pan Option

Make the sound pan for the jukebox optional. That way, you don't have to be looking directly at a jukebox for the music disc to play normally. Of course, an feature like this should be optional, since I understand that not everyone would like that. I use jukeboxes to bop to some tunes while working on projects without sacrificing spatial awareness in potentially dangerous locations. I'd be nice if I could do that without having to sacrifice sound quality.
