When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).
A new rail type called Chain Rails that can be placed on walls. Also, when activated by redstone, it will pull the minecart up the wall/ceiling. On real roller coasters, the first hill has chains so it can pull the coaster up, and momentum does the rest. This would be revolutionary for Minecraft, because a lot of people want it. Think about it - loops in Minecraft!
