Deny spawn

I believe that there should be a command called “/denyspawn” so that no mob of the chosen type can spawn. I think this would be useful if you don’t want certain mobs to spawn in your world. Here are 2 examples: /denyspawn [mob]      /denyspawn [mob], [mob] etc.
