Endstone meteorites in the overworld

We already have the ruined portals, which show a small bit of the Nether… The same could happen with the End, with meteorites, more or less buried, maybe at the center of a small crater. It would be unclear if the chunk of endstone teleported itself, bursting in the overworld, or if it fell from the sky. Is the End above in the sky, or “elsewhere”? It’s the player to tell…
