Parrot Control

The ability to, instead of left clicking to simply make a pet parrot stay, left click perched the parrot onto your hand. Then, you may place the parrot wherever you like (good for bird caged snd perches). This will sit the bird in the chosen spot. To un-sit, you left click while the bird is sitting and the bird will become active again.
