Soul speed got nerfed a while ago, and I feel like it shouldn't have been. Sure, it was a little overpowered, but it's only speed. It is mostly the cap that i'm most concerned about, I think if the developers are going to make a cap, they should at least double it. I would be fine if they made it a "powerful" enchantment.
