Dragging down on ps4

I have noticed that on ps4 and on other platforms the cursor drags down slowly when the sticks are not being touched. This is not a problem with my controller because I have tried on many different controllers. I understand this is likely intentional but it stops some fun and makes the game less enjoyable. It stops from precision building and hurts you when trying to stip mine. I hope that you hear this message and remove this or at least inform me of its use. Thank you and comment if you agree.
