When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

I love this idea. Maybe so you cant craft so much that it breaks the game, that it comes from a new boss or something, or maybe make it craftable with nether stars.

It should be craftable, and i just had the perfect idea for it, an Observer Totem. Youll need 16 redstone blocks and 4 observer blocks (or something else expensive) to make. Stack them all into a tower in a 4 by 4 square, with the observer blocks on top. It will create a entity that stands still and keeps chunks near it, loaded, as if it where an actual player in your world.

Youre limited to the number of these you can place to prevent lag issues.

    What do you think?

Maybe you can make it rechargeble and works only if player is online, so player wont exploit it too much.

Maybe make it so only a few can be on at the same time as I could this being used to break the game. The amount could maybe be changed with a gamerule.

The chunk loader could be a new mob-type (like the adorable copper golem), that needs to be created and activated. It could move around and interact with the world to an extent, thus requiring that the player considers how to keep the golem situated where they need them. And once the number of active golems in the world exceeds the limit allowable, the oldest active golem in the world could shut down, like a machine that siezes and stops working. This would mean the player needs to keep tabs on golems. This type of chunk loader could open the way to have the golem as an ornamental piece (in it's new, inactive state and it's worn out, shut down state), the possibility of new items to create or even to upgrade the golem (to extend the chunk loader perhaps) or even mend a broken down golem to reactivate it.

To be able to find a lost, active golem would present another potential for player problem-solving. Perhaps in a similar manner to how the tame dog can attack hostile mobs and eyes of ender can direct you to the location of the stronghold, dogs could also sniff out and direct the player in the correct direction for a moment to locate an active golem when you click on the dog with a piece used to create the golem.

I think the use for chuck loaders in Bedrock is exciting alone, but the potential for the mechanics across the whole game could be something a lot more exciting as well. In a single-player world, I'm always looking at how I can create more interactions & characters.

Crazy Idea. Maybe they can do it like the Java Version with an Enderperl and Soulsand. That would be Easy and would work great
