Illusioners and Sculk

I noticed that Illusioners and Sculk Sensors have a similar texture, and I was wondering if there would be a connection. One connection I could see is the Illusioner copies not making sounds, making it so the invisible Illusioner can still be detected. On the other hand, if they have similar textures, it would make sense if they had similar abilities
