How about when you put 2 fast horses it makes a faster horse and if you put a slow and a fast horse you get a horse that is just in between them and 2 slows together to make a slower horse and put a certain speed limit we don’t want the horses to go 1,000 blocks per second the cops won’t be fast enough there has to be rules in order to keep a democracy
