Add a sprint indicator when "FOV Effects" are set to Off

I like being able to sprint without the game increasing the FOV, but it also makes it a bit difficult to tell if I'm sprinting or not. I think there should be a sprint indicator next to the hotbar when you're sprinting, if FOV effects are turned completely off.

Additionally, I have attached a mock-up what I believe this should look like. Keep in mind this indicator should only appear if FOV Effects are set to "Off".
