The slimy lizard is a hostile mob who spawns in swamps. But first, the swaps are updated to have liquid slime which slimes spawn in and so does the spooky Slimy Lizard.
Slime pools- slime pools are created in swamps and liquid slime can be collected in a bucket to place somewhere to spawn slimes for slimeballs. slimes can jump out of slime and can regenerate hearts. If they spend too long they can even grow into bigger slimes. There is also a new slimeball mechanic where they can be thrown and they deal two attack damage and will bounce off the first attacked and then to another mob and then to another or the same mob as the first and then to another for 8 mobs/hits max.
Slimy lizards- Slimy lizards have a melee and a ranged attack as well as 24 hit points or 12 full hearts. The ranged attack is: it launches a slimeball from its tail. The melee attack deals 7 damage and causes the attacker to have a temporary stickiness which slows them down. as well as this ability it can walk on walls and ceiling but leaves a residue which can be collected by mining the block slimed. you can place 9 slimy residues in a crafting table for a slime ball. In addition to it's ability to climb on ceilings and walls, it can also squeeze their way through some blocks excluding obsidian, iron, diamond, bedrock, etc. When they die they can sometimes drop a webbed toe. When put in a brewing stand it creates a potion that enables you to walk on walls and ceilings temporarily. They cannot be breed or tamed
