Show number of bookshelves or level cap in enchanting interface

It's currently near impossible to figure out the level cap mechanics without outside information. Showing the amount of bookshelves around the enchantment table or the current level cap with a bookshelf icon next to it would give new players a hint about how to get better enchantments.
