Upside Down and Side Ways Sculk Sensors

Now that have animated tentacles, positioning them could be used for amazing builds like jellyfish!

    How exactly? The range of its detection radius isn't being changed so nothing besides its placement is adjusted.

    This could almost replace vertical slabs.
