Cold blazes

The concept of blaze is a really appreciated in the early days. A new type of blaze mob is always cool and exciting addition. In a cave in the snowy cold biomes, there should be a very bright cold blaze.

Cold blaze spawnes in the icy biomes and is a agressive mob. It can spawn in caves below ice biomes. It throws snow balls at you. When it attacks the player, their is chance of the turn any block into powder snow blocks.
If it dies then it can spawn 1 to 4 snow golems.
Upon its death drop packed ice and some snow balls.

I don't know about a Cold Blaze, but if you want a Soul Fire Blaze, it should have a head that looks like Soul Sand and have Soul Torches floating around it
