End Kite

Idea for a new mob in the end, a large black and purple bird, about the size of a cow, just slightly bigger than a phantom. They can't be tamed, but can be ridden with a saddle, like the strider for the nether. The end kite would react when you look at it, like an enderman, but instead of attacking once you look away again, it would fly/teleport away. When riding on a kite, you would control much like an elytra (and maybe be able to teleport a short distance straight forward?). This I think would add more variety to the end and make it easier to travel between islands for players who don't have elytra yet. And even for players with an elytra, riding a giant bird is just cooler in every concievable way. If killed, they would drop a phantom membrane, which is good for fixing elytra already.

    I know mojang doesn't want any rideable flying mobs, but in response to that, if you get off, you have to avoid looking at it or it will be gone forever, so if a player can manage that, I think they are worthy to have a flying mount. If that's not enough, they could automatically fly/teleport away and despawn when you get off of them, to prevent any really good players from keeping them.
