Foxlings

A race of fox-like humanoids that lives in the nether in opposition to the piglins. The are masters of enchantments and potions, and these are the most popular weapons of their kind. However some that are christened “shamans”. They use the natural magic of the nether, and can shoot fire balls, awaken the spirits that lie within soulsand and soil. They can also summon creatures of the nether to their aid, the most popular being vulpins, a giant foxlike creature from the nether. All the cavalry of the foxlings ride these creatures, just like the piglins now ride hoglins. As it would be unfair if the foxlings had the advantage through shamans, the piglins have “sorcerers” the sorcerers have more powerful fire magic, but the foxlings have the advantage at souls, and summoning. And yes you can tame and ride vulpins and hoglins.

    Maybe instead of the Nether use the End? The End is currently a bit boring, so that would spice things up. Great idea!
