If the Difficulty is set to Hard and/or the Regional Difficulty is high enough, Creepers (which will now be immune to Poison) will have a chance to spawn afflicted by Poison for an unlimited amount of time.
This makes them more dangerous, since upon exploding they will leave a Poison Cloud behind.
This idea would give creepers something unique, just like how Zombies and Skeletons get better gear or how Spiders spawn with different buffs, and it would also be easy to implement as it uses things that are already present in the game (Poison immunity, Creepers leaving Lingering Effect Clouds)
