A Repeater with an extra out on the right side. This could be used to precisely move Redstone power forward while simultaneously giving power to one side side. This could be helpful with very compact Redstone. Let’s say perhaps you have a Three-Piston Extender try to push a wall upwards using slime/honey blocks inside of it with two rows of pistons. Obviously all the power will have to come from one side of the set of pistons and can't be done as simply as if it was just one row for the wall. Bedrock at least has a problem with Redstone Dust randomly powering the wrong Piston if put into the situation. Having something like a Two-Way Repeater would be able to make this situation much more easier, allowing Redstone to go through one block gaps while not messing with the wrong pistons or any other circuits
