More space for saved hotbars

More space for saved hotbars would be nice, for example you would be able to select between multiple pages of saved hotbars, in case you wanted to have different saved hotbars for different servers. It could also be useful for other worlds- you could have custom spawn eggs on one tab, chests on another, custom items on the next, etc. It would help some mapmakers if they're working on multiple maps at once, or just have a private creative world with lots of palettes.
