Milkmaids

Milkmaids would be female villagers - something not yet represented in Minecraft! Also, they would take care of cows, so could trade beef, milk, leather, leads, maybe even at the highest level, enchanted books or saddles.  They could also trade for ingredients for foods made with either beef or milk, and return the finished item.  I know people have been asking for more crops and recipes in the game, and the milkmaid's trading could play into that as well.

    There could just be barn structures with cows inside and Villagers who milk them

    Villagers are genderless and raceless. Mojang said so.
