Low fps with good specs

I had around 200-300 fps about a month ago in minecraft, but then it suddenly dropped to 60 fps. Any ideas?

    frame rate locking? if u r in pc, then mess round the gfx settings, if bedrock, its locked to your display's rate based in Control Pannel.
