It should be possible to report infractions that would cause a univ.. ban
I have a suggestion, that is that you should be able to "report" players on non-featured servers, multiplayer games, and LAN games, and hosted games, but also in so called "public single player game". This could be done by making it possible to report to abuse@mojang.com with a print screen of the infraction, and this should be able to lead to a universal ban.
This could be solved by giving Featured Server Moderators access to a webmail version of abuse@mojang.com
If the print screen is found to be valid (across all editions, including java edition) and the print screen is showing something that warrants a universal permanent ban I suggest that the person who owns that gamertag gets universal banned simply, regardless of if the print screen originates from a single player game, multiplayer game, LAN game, server game, featured server, realm, whatever.
(A public single player game, is a single player game, which is streamed, published as a video or print screen, or otherwise made public in some way - this means that if you for example write a threat in the chat of a single player game, and then streams this on twitch or youtube - someone should be able to print screen this, and send to Mojang - thus the account behind gets permanently universal banned)
(Note that this does NOT mean that single-player games gets moderated - it just means that if you publish yourself playing the single player game - it will be moderated like any other multiplayer game)
