larger skin files and 3D skins

I think that we should be able to have skin files of 128x128 this would make skins cooler and more detailed we should also be able to have 3D skins like on bedrock

    The skins used to be in higher resolution but it was lowered to look more minecrafty.

    I see steve skins and don't want to see the skin.
