We need to only keep the bans in servers and not multp worlds or realms, both realms and multp worlds should be free of limitaions

Totally agree. My friend and I joke around by insulting each other (on our own private realm!) and I feel like if this caused a misunderstanding with Mojang and I was banned, it is completely ridiculous that I can’t appeal it.

Maybe Mojang can introduce a system where servers can opt into a global ban system of sorts where, if someone were to get banned by Mojang, they could only be banned from all the servers opting into that system of rules. You know, kinda like Valve Anti-Cheat works with 'secure' and 'insecure' servers.

Permanently banning people, with no appeal system, across all functionality of the game (including single player worlds for xbox!) Is probably one of the quickest ways they can ruin it.

It's genuinely ridiculous, the extent to which they're going. In any system, there are flaws. Someone will eventually get banned who didn't deserve it. A mod has a bad day. They get the wrong player. Not allowing that player to *ever* access anything in the game again due to one decision by a moderator is genuinely a terrible way of going about things. Then going further and denying them access to even features that aren't online is almost criminal. Especially when this extends to places such as realms, *where the realm owner should have control over what goes or does not on their server*, as *they control who is and is not allowed into it*, and the responsibility should be on them to moderate their own spaces.

Not only that, but realms should be private. The thought of someone going through what I'm saying to other people on my own realm is just freaky. Even if it is only messages that are reported. And putting anything, ai or human, in charge of moderating that, other than the owner of the realm, is not ok, as they are not in tune with what is or is not permitted on that server.

This isn't even mentioning the fact that you don't get a refund for anything. Especially on bedrock, where you literally have to pay for skins and textures. It will alienate players and kill the game.

A moderator can just press a button on someone they don’t like and that’s it, they’re wiped from the multiplayer base forever. This is unfair and vague ban system should be revised immediately!

Especially for cheating and exploits, it's ridiculous to have perm bans. Players move on, and if they care enough, they will just make a new account. And that doesn't even consider servers that allow cheats.

I absolutely agree with your post. If I permanently get banned in servers or public realms, because I was somehow ruining others experiences, I'll take the ban. However, banning us from playing the game at all is practically robbing, we PAID for the game Mojang, even if players are banned they should get access to the most basic features like single player worlds and multp worlds and with no appeals for a permanent ban is just a dumb idea all around.

I agree with jagmeetsingh13psn, the bans should be only in featured servers and not private servers, realms or even your own worlds.

I like the idea of giving people second chances, and the option of redemption, so this gets my vote.

Completely agree because I just got Minecraft bedrock after playing on java all this time so I could play with my friends and the second I loaded into the game I got greeted with a notification saying I had been banned. It didn't give me a reason why I got banned ether I literally didn't even login or load up a world or server so now I need to stick to playing alone which just isn't fun anymore.

If it were up to me, I'd allow all third-party servers the option to disable such features on their specific server.
