More accessible chat features for people who might have a hard time reading

The in-game chat can be difficult to read for some people. On some days, I can be one of those people, the words people are typing keep getting jumbled around. A server I play on has a great solution to this, chat spacing. The plugin they use allows for a blank line to be put in between each message. This would be a nice feature to have in the base game, as it would make it easier for some players to interact with each other. The auto read feature is nice, but not everyone wants to have a robotic narrator read the messages out loud. Here is an image showing the plugin on the server:

    so it turns out I am not smart and it already exists in chat setting lol
