Make so villagers don't reset their trades after breaking work station

This would be a way to balance villagers (so you cannot get garantee mending books the day you find vilagers for instance). This way you would need to earn trades trought trading, and not only cicle trough them untill finding on you like.

 

Also library villagers should have better book trades as you level em up (for instace they have their first trade beeing level I or II, their second one beeing level III or IV and the last one beeing level V. enchanchements that only have 3 stages, should have I on the first, II on the second and III on the last one. Also a few enchantments like mending or frostwalker should be always the last book trade.

    Why? It's already hard enough getting a mending villager without having to level them up all the way just to find out they don't sell it...

    Nope. All this would accomplish is bloating villager halls and frustrating people.
