Spectator barriers

I think there should be an item for mapmaking, called something along the lines of "spectator barrier" acts like a normal barrier block, but spectators cannot pass through it, maybe you could customize it so that people in survival can pass through, but not spectators, or vice versa, or just more customizable barriers
