a new boss made with pownder snow and a head from ender dragon

his atacks coud give you the freezing effect and make you slow to move and atack

i does not need to be a boss with a boss bar on the screen, just a new mob that we needed to summon to get loads of xp or even an aura made of pownder snow like the dragons breath that will not be there for too much time and we could farm pownder snow with this but the price is a dragon head
