A new main Minecraft character of color.

So recent events have gotten be to wonder... Why is there not a person of color as a main skin along with Steve and Alex.

I know nothing about code but I would think it would not be too hard to add a new default skin?

I feel like it's a very important issue in real life and it would really be a powerful statement for Mojang to add something that is overdue.

    Agreed. Minecraft stands with the idea of black rights matter and the LGBTQ community, so a default skin on java for this would be amazing. Voted!

    i wish we had more player variants besides alex and steve too. it would add more lore to the game and also fix representation

    But why add another default skin? You can literally import custom skins the two defaults are just because there are two player models, one with thicker arms and one with thinner arms.

    I would like to see nonbinary characters. Steve and Alex represent masculinity and femininity. I would love to see a "Jordan" and a "Taylor" representing enbininity, with a Steve-build and longer hair and with an Alex-build and short hair. Just some enby presence would be great. Add some main characters representing different (non-Euro) irl ethnicities by having like four or five Steves and Alexes
