Optional spawn chunks.

As I understand it atm there are no spawn chunks as working intended on the bedrock plateform and the only way to recreated is with cheats enabled, As I see it the reason for this is to ensure all users get the best experience and spawn chunks cause lag for low end devices. My sugestion is that its added as an optional add on in the game menu independent of cheats so that people playing on more powerful pcs or technical players who wouldn't mind a slight bit off lag can enjoy similar features of java

    spawnChunkRadius is a game rule to set the size of the spawn chunks.
    Defaults to 2, equivalent to 3x3 entity ticking chunks. May be set to lower or higher values on world creation up to a default value of 10, depending on device. It can only be changed by cheats.

    I have PS5: Minecraft ps4 version I want to have chunk further down to -4000 my name is jakubdragon5 on PS4 Version of Minecraft I want it so much I have elevator's too
