Using the Goat Horn causes all the stalactites in an area to fall

It would provide a use for the Goat Horn, both practically (to clear a path) and in a PVP environment. You can create a trap if the use of the horn and all the stalactites in, say, an 8x8 area fall when the horn is used.

    Yeah, I agree. The goat horn needs a use and this would work great in my opinion.

    The same should apply if there's powdered snow stuck to the ceiling of a mountain cave. AVALANCHE!!!

    I donno, this seems overpowered because you can walk through a dripstone cave without a worry. To mitigate this, I would say that it should only have a twenty percent chance to succeed with pointed dripstone, and a ninety percent chance to succeed with icicles.

    I also wonder, since goat horns will(/should) attract tamed animals, shouldn't it also attract zombies and witches, since they are in a way allied with illagers who use goat horns to announce a raid.

    Great idea you could stratigeticaly place your self where a stalagtite wouldn't fall but would fall on your enemies
