Candles coloring

Changing the crafting recipe of colored candles in snapshot 5th november 2020.... to make it as 8 candles require one dye instead of one dye for each candle.

    as they are it requires 1 honeycomb per candle so theyre not that easy to get, as well as this i dont think there is as much of a need for stacks upon stacks of them
