Add Axolotl Song by C418 as a disc in 1.17

C418 has a track called Axolotl. Thinking that Axolotls are going to be added in 1.17 a new Axolotl Music disc would fit very well.

    Axolotl is already in the game. Swim in an ocean or a river to hear it.
