Like shulkuers have that effect where arrows do nothing when the shell is closed. Why not do the same for turtles. Sea turtles don't close shells, but how about if the only way to kill it is to attack the head. This way, people don't accidentally kill turtles and would make it so that people don't attack turtles in real life.
