The Wandering Trader should have three different rarities of trade: common, rare, and very rare.
The first 5 slots are randomly decided.
The last slot is reserved for a rare or very rare item.
I’d imagine common items are things like dirt, grass, sprouts, and random debris. Rare items are things like ingots, tools, armor, or netherwart blocks. Very rare items are valuable items like blaze rods, ender pearls, or even end stone.
The prices on rare and very rare items would be super high, so you’d better stock up on emeralds before the trader comes to town!
This would solve the wandering trader having consistently bad trades, as well as give a little mystery behind him - how does he get items from other dimensions?? The trader has his secrets.
