Similarly to how a set number of Vindicators spawn in Woodland Mansions upon generation (or Piglin Brutes in Bastions), there should be a random chance to spawn one or two Zoglins around ruined nether portals, for a few reasons:
One, it expands the lore behind the ruined portals. Perhaps whoever built the portals accidentally brought a Hoglin to the Overworld and was overtaken by the beast it turned into?
Two, it would be the only time Zoglins naturally spawn, as well as give players an in-game hint at how to create Zoglins by bringing Hoglins into the Overworld.
Three, the player would have to work a bit harder for the loot in the portal's chest by defeating the Zoglin that guards the area.
Four, it would provide an absolutely terrifying experience to new players running into them for the first time!
Zoglins are very intimidating and dangerous mobs, so I think the chance for this happening should be fairly low. Still, it would be cool to see Zoglins spawned in naturally this way!
