New "Custom" Graphics Setting

Currently there are only 3 graphical settings for vanilla Minecraft

- Fast
- Fancy
- Fabulous

For those of you who don't know, usage of particles is heavily deterred by not using the "Fabulous" setting - however, I believe that this was set without the thought of how servers and data packs utilize particles to create the customized content and features that players enjoy seeing. 

If you don't use Fabulous mode, you lose out on the visualization of Weather, Clouds, Particles, and many more options. While its understandable to do this - Players should have the option to enable these individually without being locked behind what other options are bundled with. 

I would like to see a "Custom" mode added that allows users to set these options individually

This would allow users to select specific visualizations such as particles, or weather, etc. without being bogged down by the higher level restrictions. This will allow users to bypass the higher restrictions and allow them to play content the way that it was intended to be played, or even just retain high detail with smaller optimizations that they personally care about over what they are forced into.

    You are right, and we would also like to suggest making the Resolution setting a standard option instead of only being available when Vibrant Visuals is enabled, as well as adding object render distance settings for things like long grass and fancy leaves.
