A new type of illager called the Duelist.
The Duelist isn't your average evillager that attacks all villager-related entities, but rather, challenges golems and players in a duel. Interacting with the Duelist will prompt a UI that will tell you the cost of the duel. You can choose to pay equal or double. If you win, you'll get a special, randomized prize of high value (equivalent to diamonds in desirability). If you lose, well, you die, and you cannot re-challenge the Duelist. To motivate players to fight the duelist, there should be an exclusive prize from them.
A Duelist is doing their thing because they're overconfident in their abilities, with no sense of danger. It is justified, because once you accept their challenge, the duelist will become an extremely powerful Illager. This Illager would be boss variations; think like the power of an Illusioner. Their power is dependent if you equal or double the amount.
A Duelist's spawning would be similar to a Wandering Trader's spawning, though 2.5 times more rare.
