Change ground height in superflat.

Allows you to change the height of the ground in the Minecraft pe version. (Currently, the Y coordinate when generating a superflat is 4. After the change, for example, the Y coordinate can be changed to 25 or 30.)

    I think superflat presets (already in Java Edition) should be added to Bedrock as well.
