Mob speed

I realized lately that mobs (mainly pillagers) have increased in movement speed and attack speed. The wither also seems to attack faster. I understand that with the addition of netherite this would help even the scales. This however, is not the case. Netherite only does a little more than diamond and the mobs seem overpowered now. I know you’re busy but please put the mobs back to the way they were. Thank you.
