Zombie Horses spawn naturally

First of all, I think there should be a structure called the Laboratory that looks like an ancient lab (read that in the Structures category), yet with a modern design. The structure of the lab should be broken. There should be vines growing on it-although there is a 1.2% chance to find one without vines and a 0.5% chance for it to be completely undamaged. Inside, there is one zombie. Oddly, horses can also spawn. The zombie is a special type called the Scienzombie. It is rumored to be the scientist who worked there. This zombie can affect horses and turn them into zombie horses.

My other idea is that zombie horses can be cured (if they can just say) with weakness potion and golden apple.
