Blind Cave Fish for Cave Update

A blind cave fish would be a cool mob to add to the new caves. It would live in the dark and be completely blind, so it could not be caught on fishing rods. If killed by a player or axolotl, it would drop 1 blind cave fish, which could be brewer into blindness potions. Using a water bucket on it would give you a blind cave fish bucket

    Also it could spawn at the bottom of deep ocean biome.

    by the way will you be able to pick them up in a bucket?

    It should only spawn close to the surface though, to be realistic.
