Ocean Based Structures Rarely Appearing in Mesas

Ocean Ruins, Shipwrecks, and Ruined Ocean Monuments have a very rare chance to appear (mostly buried) in desert and mesa biomes. These ruins would be more common to appear in Mesas than standard deserts.

Along with the standard Ocean Ruins and Shipwrecks, there would also be Ruined Ocean Monuments. These wouldn't contain Guardians or sponges, but would essentially be very small ruined sections of the large underwater temples we normally see in the oceans. Think of them as a small and safe way of getting a few prismarine blocks without risking your life haha.

Maybe there would be a chance of a gold block appearing in the Ruined Ocean Monuments or a chest with a Potion of Water Breathing?
