Ability to transfer worlds from PS4 to other platforms without Realms

As you may already know Minecraft PS4 does not support realms and will most likely not in the foreseeable future. It's almost been a year since Minecraft PS4 got bedrock but there's no sign of realms. I wish to transfer my worlds from ps4 to Windows 10 but there is no way to do that without Realms support.. There should be an alternative method to do this, like support for USB transfers or a way to share worlds between a Microsoft Account, I have been playing on Minecraft PS4 for years and it's a shame that I can no longer play on my worlds since I switched to Windows 10. I'm sure that I am not the only person with this issue. Please give me an accurate response and don't ignore this issue.

    How can I transfer worlds built on one phone to another phone in order to continue building the world's on the later phone?
